Each menu runs for a two week timeframe.

If you would prefer a menu which ran in a prior week,

please inquire or make request.

A $100 deposit is required from all new clients.

 

All Menus are available Gluten Free for a $25

one time surcharge

 

Menu #4  Week of February 27- March 9th-, 2012

 

Meal Delivery for all of the items listed below is $200 and includes chef service, organic food product and delivery.

  • 1 Quiche with Free Range Eggs, Organic Cheese, Leeks, Asparagus, Sun Dried Tomato & Goat Cheese
  • Choice of: Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry or Thai Red Coconut Curry Beef and Snow Peas served with Brown Basmati Rice
  • Tuscan Roasted Free Range Chicken Breasts (boneless) with Lemon, Rosemary & Garlic
  • Herbed Baby Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes or Herbed Roasted Sweet Potatoes
  • Grass-fed Beef or Lamb Shepherd’s Pie with Vegetables (Carrots, Peas, Green Beans, Corn) and Mashed Potato Topping
  • Your choice of Muffins (count of 8 medium):
    • Gluten Free Banana Blueberry
    • Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins with Pecan Topping 

Menu #3  Week of February 13-24th-, 2012

 

  • 1 Quiche with Free Range Eggs, Organic Cheese, Leeks, Spinach, Broccoli and Turkey Ham
  • Grass-fed Beef & Organic Bean Chili (lightly spicy)
  • Free Range Indian Chicken Korma Curry with Mixed Vegetables with Jasmine Rice or Free Range Southern Style Chicken & Dumplings
  • Grass-fed Beef or Lamb Vegetable Stew with Carrots, Peas and Baby Potatoes
  • Your choice of Muffins (count of 8 medium):
    • Gluten Free Banana
    • Gluten Free Lemon Poppy Seed

Menu #2   Week of January 30-February 10th-, 2012

 

  • 6 Pecan Crusted Chicken Breasts with Lemon Ginger Sauce (you can request plain grilled chicken for a nut free option)
  • Organic Sweet Potato Casserole or Organic Yellow Squash Casserole
  • Beef and Asian Vegetable Stir Fry with Lo Mein Noodles (Sauce is non-spicy. You can request medium or very spicy.)
  • Free Range Chicken Noodle and Organic Vegetable Soup with German Spaetzle Noodles (trust me…if you haven’t had them, they are the best!)
  • Free Range Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas with a Red Chile Sauce (Green is available upon request)
  • Your choice of Muffins:
    • Chocolate Spelt Muffins with Zucchini (extra moist and gooey) or Gluten Free Banana Muffins (count of 8 medium)

Menu #1   Week of January16-27th-, 2012

   

  • Grassfed Beef Lasagna (9x9) with Organic Tomato Basil Sauce (mild) and Organic Cheeses
  • Grassfed Beef Meatballs (count of 12) made with organic whole grain bread crumbs, light on onion/garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, free range egg, Hatcher Dairy milk
  • Free Range Chicken Pot Pie with organic carrots, peas & potatoes
  • Free Range Chicken, Organic Broccoli and Lundberg Wild Rice Blend Casserole (9x9)
  • Gluten Free Banana Muffins (count of 8 medium)
  • Free Range Chicken Salad with your choice of:
    • Cranberries, Apples & Walnuts
    • Onion, Celery and Pecan
