Do you need to eat Gluten Free?

I know from experience how hard it is to make changes to your diet. Natural food patterns are set in our youth. Making changes takes thoughtful planning and time.
Factor in the consequences of NOT making those changes, not feeling good, weight gain or even more serious physical complications, it can be even more frustrating!

What can I eat? What sounds good? Do I have everything I need or do I have to run all the way to the store that has the gluten free products (which is usually not the one just around the corner from your house. It can be expensive, time consuming and frustrating.

My new cook book, Gluten Free Meal Plans, is full of menu ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with recipes and some resources you might find helpful in your journey on the gluten-free road. The ingredients in these recipes are easy to find at your local market, with just a few exceptions.

It's almost like having me come to your house to cook for you! Well, OK, not quite, but really, the hardest thing for most people is just making a plan. The plan is in place, all you have to do is work it.

Get these recipes and meal plans under your belt and soon I'll have another week's worth for you!
