Will go through your pantry and kitchen to sort through
The healthy and un-healthy items, while educating you
On the best replacement items. Will create your own
Personal shopping list to revamp your pantry to a healthy one!

Personalized Shopping Trip
2 hrs.- $150

Will guide you through a personalized shopping trip at the
Store of your choice. Focus will be on how to select the
best produce, meats, fish and demystifying the world of organic foods, condiments, cooking oils, etc.
